Christ’s Disciples Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to
the empowerment and development of the less privileged, vulnerable,
youths, and women through impactful programs and community outreach.
We provide support through education, financial assistance, skills
development, and relief initiatives that help individuals and families
build better and more sustainable lives.
We believe every act of kindness, no matter how small, can restore hope.
OUR STORY
A Journey of Calling, Faith, and Compassion
From the very beginning, Sr. Anthonia Uchenna Nwachukwu carried a deep
desire to serve the less privileged and bring hope to those in pain.
Though the path was not immediately clear, the passion to make a
difference never faded.
Her journey took her through years of religious formation, mentorship,
prayer, and quiet acts of charity. While guiding young novices and
reflecting deeply on her purpose, she gradually realized that God was
calling her toward a mission centered on compassion, healing, and service
to humanity.

Inspired by Our Lady of Sorrows
Sr. Tonia has always held a deep devotion to Our Lady of Sorrows.
Reflecting on the sorrowful heart of Mary strengthened her compassion
for people passing through pain, hardship, rejection, and suffering.
This spiritual connection shaped her desire to stand beside those who
feel forgotten, broken, or burdened by life’s challenges.
Through this inspiration, Christ’s Disciples Foundation was built not only as a charity organization, but as a mission of empathy, healing, restoration, and hope.

After years of prayer and reflection, a divine encounter led her to
connect with Bro. Joshua, whose support and experience helped bring the
mission into reality. Together, they began small, paying school fees,
supporting struggling families, empowering women, and helping vulnerable
individuals regain dignity and stability.
In 2026, the vision officially became Christ’s
Disciples Foundation, a mission committed to empowering lives,
restoring hope, and bringing smiles to people through selfless service
and sacrifice.
